7 Tips for Effective Task Management Using Central Desktop

1. Daily Task Planning
At the end of the work day, take the time to review the day's accomplishments, cross them off of your list and plan your work for the next day.

2. Identify Tasks

6. Separate tasks into Categories

Using the milestones feature helps teams meet project deadlines because it provides a visual way to break complex projects into achievable tasks. Team members can see who owns each task and they can track when and how the completion of these tasks helps the team achieve important project milestones.
