The 2008 Beijing Olympics were showcasing three major themes as all eyes were on last weekend’s opening activities – the Green Olympics, the High-tech Olympics and the People's Olympics. The ability to lead a productive team shouldn’t be sacrificed over the concerns of securing intellectual property, financial records, and other valuable data.

Choosing the right collaboration software that provides a secure environment and is accessible from anywhere can provide peace of mind to business teams. Additionally, the centralized communications that many central desktop platforms provide can greatly minimize the Inbox clutter and improve efficiencies commonly sacrificed by inundated email accounts.
