Hair care Recipes

HENNA & YOGURT CONDITIONER
(For Brittle Hair)
1/4 cup of colorless Henna
1/2 cup of plain Yogurt
Mix together the Henna & the Yogurt
in a small bowl, apply to freshly shampooed
hair and cover with a shower cap,
leave on for 25 minutes, then rinse with
warm water and dry hair as usual.

COCONUT OIL & CLAY CONDITIONER
(Deep Cleanser and Conditioner)
1/2 cup of Jojoba oil
4 tbs. of powdered White Clay
3 tbs. of Coconut oil
3 drops of Rosemary oil
2 drops of Chamomile oil
1 cup of distilled water
In a small saucepan heat the Jojoba
and the Coconut oils until melted, then
remove from the heat. Put the clay into
a small bowl and slowly add the water
until it forms a paste, then mix the oils to
the clay mixture and mix well, then apply
to the clean damp hair, and massage into
the scalp, cover with a cap and leave on
for 15 minutes, then shampoo as usual.

MAYONNAISE & AVOCADO PACK
(Helps Dry brittle hair)
1 ripped, pitted and peeled Avocado
1 cup of Mayonnaise
5 drops of Juniper oil
4 drops of Rosemary oil
3 drops of Wheat germ oil
Mix in a small bowl the mayonnaise, oils
to the mashed avocado, stir well.
Apply to the head, cover with a cap,
leave on for 20 minutes, then Shampoo
as usual. * This can be used once a week.

LAVENDER & OLIVE OIL SCALP TREATMENT
( For Normal hair)
1/2 cup of Olive oil
13 drops of Lavender oil
Over low heat slightly warm the Olive oil
in a small saucepan, then remove from the
heat and add the Lavender oil, mix well.
Apply to damp hair while it is still warm,
and massage into the scalp, cover head
with a cap and leave on 20 minutes,
then shampoo out.*
