During pregnancy the amount of blood and other fluids in your body increases, which leads to extra fluid being processed by your kidneys and ending up in your bladder. Many women feel vomiting sensation early in pregnancy. It has also been observed that some women have a small amount of vaginal bleeding around 11 or 12 days after conception. If you're newly pregnant, it's not uncommon to feel repelled by the smell of a sandwich or cup of coffee which you used to enjoy earlier.

One of the more unmistakeable signs of pregnancy is what is called "morning sickness." This is characterized by a queasiness in the stomach, prompting one to vomit. This usually happens in the morning as soon as one wakes up, but it could also be experienced at any other time of the day or night.

This is owing to the fact that during pregnancy, there is an increase for fluids in the body and increase in the size of uterus, leading to more pressure on the bladder. This results in an urge to urinate.
